Goldservice Contract Cleaning is a family-owned business based in Kent providing commercial cleaning and handyman services in London and the South East. We launched in 1988 with one small cleaning contract and have grown into a sizeable operation, employing over 200 staff and enjoying many years of service for a number of our customers.
Our formula for success is quite simple: build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and flexibility; employ good people and retain them by treating them well; and provide staff with the right equipment to deliver a first class service.

As a Goldservice client, you can contact our management team 24/7 by mobile. We keep a record of onsite time attendance and will carry out regular site audits to ensure our staff are delivering the right level of service.
We are BICSc corporate members, which ensures that all our staff are cleaning to industry recognised standards. And we keep our prices competitive and don’t try to tie our customers into lengthy contracts.

Our commitment as an employer
We are careful in our recruitment of staff and caring in the way we manage them. We always obtain employment references and right-to-work documentation, and arrange DBS certification where required.
We are committed to paying above the minimum wage and will always pay the living wage when our clients’ budgets allow it. We operate staff bonus schemes and Employee of the Month awards as a way of rewarding hard work and commitment.
We provide training to BICSc standards and take our staff through induction programmes on all aspects of their duties, including health and safety, colour coding, correct cleaning procedures and, where applicable, operation of machinery.
