And our journey has only just begun…

Goldservice Contract Cleaning is a family-owned business with a big heart and an even bigger reach. Since starting out in Kent with a single, small cleaning contract in 1988, we have grown to a team of 300+ and now look after clients all over London and the South East.

Today, we have all of the benefits that come with being a large and well-known company (industry expertise, logistics support, competitive pricing), but with the added advantage of still being privately owned.

That means we can still do things the way that we always wanted to when we first set out. We’re as committed as the day we started to delivering fantastic service and maintaining a friendly, contact-us-anytime approach.

Another of our founding principles was to nurture everyone who ever worked for us. So, 35 years on, when we say we see our employees as part of our (very) extended family, we mean it!

All of our staff are fully trained in their use.

Even though we have now been in business for more than 30 years, we are determined to never stop learning. We are lifetime scholars in the field of stains, scuffs, dirt and smudges – and we’re proud of it!

Our commitment to our team

We are careful in our recruitment of staff – and caring in the way we manage our amazing cleaning team. We always obtain employment references and right-to-work documentation before bringing in new cleaners, and we can arrange DBS certification whenever required.

We are committed to paying above the minimum wage and will always pay the living wage when our clients’ budgets allow it.

Additionally, we operate staff bonus schemes and Employee of the Month awards as a way of rewarding hard work and commitment.

We provide training to BICSc standards and take our staff through induction programmes that cover all aspects of their duties, including Health & Safety, colour coding, correct cleaning procedures and, where applicable, operation of machinery.
