Our onboarding process has been carefully designed to minimise disruption when cleaning staff arrive at your premises – and to get them off to a flying start.

When working with a new commercial cleaning client, onboarding is one of the most important parts of the process.

Among other things, clients want to know:

  • How will we be recruiting their cleaners?
  • What experience will they have?
  • When will they be starting?
  • What training will they receive?
  • How will we be transitioning any existing cleaning staff (if relevant) under TUPE regulations and making them part of the new team?
  • What can the client expect from management during the first few weeks?
  • What cleaning products will be used?

To answer all of these questions, we present each new commercial cleaning client with a tailored onboarding document, which sets out our approach step by step.

It helps to reduce any surprises and misunderstandings – and is designed to facilitate the seamless integration of our cleaning services into your business.
