Window cleaning
We can provide window cleaning as a standalone service or as part of a cleaning contract. Our window cleaning staff and service partners are all qualified to operate cradles and are IPAF, IRATA and PASMA certified.
Because every building is different, we deploy a range of window cleaning techniques and access equipment to deliver a tailored service for each client.
A common window cleaning technique is the water-fed pole, which allows windows to be cleaned up to a height of 60ft without the need for ladders. This ensures a high level of safety, which is a top priority for us at Goldservice.

Building cleaning
Our highly trained operatives can clean the exterior of any building, completely transforming its appearance. We use a soft-wash cleaning system to remove dirt and grime. This method is suitable for almost any surface and avoids damage to the fabric of the building.
We also offer a gutter clearing service for commercial buildings. We will carry out scheduled cleaning to remove the debris that gathers in gutters and keep drainpipes running freely. A blockage in a drainpipe can cause it to crack and burst in freezing weather, which can lead to costly damage.
Other exterior cleaning services include patios, paths and walkways that need to be kept clean and clear for appearance and safety purposes.
